A positive attitude is more valuable than any training you can receive.

Anyone can be trained - from a Management perspective, that part is easily fixed.

A negative attitude is not as easily fixed. A negative attitude prevents the employee from realizing their full potential and seizing opportunities for growth. No amount of training can cure that.

Attitude should not be confused with Mood. A person with a negative attitude can arrive at work in a joyous mood and find great satisfaction in disrupting teamwork and productivity.

A positive attitude is one focused on delivering a positive outcome.

A positive attitude allows an individual to exceed expectations - others and their own.
